New this year: silent auction

New this year: items will be available for a silent auction ending 5/22 at 10am. Items will be available at the event. If you would like to bid on any of the items, you can bid at the event or email your bid to swim4health@gmail.com if you cannot attend.  Items include:

1. Size large "OS" jacket
2. Two size large hooded "Oregon State" sweatshirts (top 2 bids will receive 1 sweatshirt ea.)
3. Extra large "2010 Swim for Health" orange plush beach towel

Swimmers can help raise funds for Swim for Health 2010 by creating their own fund raising page by going to our fund raising site and choosing "Become a Fund Raiser" at the top of the page.

Swim for Health 2010 flyer and registration

We finally have the 2010 flyer and registration forms ready! The photo on the flyer came from the event last year, what a great shot! This year we will be accepting teams of 6 swimmers for the 1/2 hour relay swim event. We have added a 400 IM Ironman/Ironwoman event, all participants who finish will receive a prize. Prizes will also be given to the top 3 relay teams and top fundraiser.

2009 Photos

Photos from the 2009 Swim for Health event are available online for downloading. The event was a great success, we raised $3,000 for the Bill and Judy Winkler Fund for Positive Lifestyles and Healthy Aging and we all had a great time. We are already looking forward to next year!

Can't Participate?

If you cannot make Swim for Health on March 7th, 2009, you can still contribute to the Bill and Judy Winkler Fund for Positive Lifestyles and Healthy Aging. Make your check payable to "OSU Foundation" with the memo "Bill and Judy Winkler Fund" and mail to:
